I ordered some personalized gifts for my wedding party, and I couldn’t be happier with the final product! The embroidery was neat and beautifully done. The selection of items available was impressive, and it was easy to find what I wanted. I did have a slight hiccup with one of the items being delayed, but the team communicated well and kept me updated. As a local sports coach, I often need team uniforms embroidered, and I recently discovered this gem. The variety of options for team apparel is fantastic, and the quality is unbeatable. I placed a bulk order for our new season, and even with the rush, everything turned out perfectly. The embroidery was crisp, and the colors matched exactly what I had in mind. Plus, the staff was incredibly accommodating, making adjustments to my design on the spot. My only suggestion for improvement would be to extend the hours a bit; I wish they were open on Saturdays because that's when most of my team can come in for fittings. Still, I will definitely keep coming back for all our future needs!
