After moving to the area, I was on the lookout for a new dentist. I stumbled across this dental practice and decided to give it a try based on the glowing reviews. From the moment I called to schedule my appointment, I felt welcomed. The receptionist was friendly and helped me understand my insurance benefits. Upon arrival, the office was bright and inviting. I was amazed by how up-to-date the technology was – digital x-rays and a paperless system! Dr. Lee took time to chat with me about my dental history and made me feel at ease. He even showed me the x-ray results on a screen, which helped me understand what was going on with my teeth. The cleaning was thorough yet gentle, which is often hard to come by. My only suggestion would be to increase the variety of magazines in the waiting area since I enjoyed reading while I waited. Overall, I was extremely impressed and will definitely be returning for my next cleaning!

I also appreciate the follow-up call I received the next day to check on how I was doing after my procedure. The only minor improvement could be to have more options for dental care plans, as I had some questions about financing.
