I had my first visit a few weeks ago and overall, it was a positive experience. The facility was well-organized, and I didn’t have to wait long for my appointment. The nurse who took my vitals was friendly and helped ease my nerves. Dr. Green was knowledgeable and explained my condition clearly, which I appreciated. He also suggested some lifestyle changes tailored to my needs, which felt personalized. One minor thing I wished for was maybe a little more time spent on my questions. While I did feel he was thorough, I had more in my mind that I didn’t get to cover. The staff were friendly and the environment felt quite inviting, which is not something you always find in a medical office. During my visit, Dr. Lee was very attentive and compassionate. He listened intently to my concerns and provided practical advice that I could implement right away. What I particularly liked was that he didn’t rush through the appointment; he took his time to make sure I was comfortable with everything being discussed. The only thing I would suggest improving is the online appointment booking system—it was a bit clunky and took longer than expected. However, once I was in the office, everything was smooth sailing! I left feeling optimistic and empowered to take control of my health. Definitely a thumbs up from me!
