My son recently started his orthodontic treatment here, and I have been thoroughly impressed with the level of care and professionalism. The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable, making each visit a pleasant experience. I particularly liked the way they communicate with kids; they use simple terms and even let my son 'pick' his braces color, which made him feel included in the process. The waiting area is well-equipped with games, which kept him entertained while we waited for our appointment. One thing I would suggest is to improve the check-in process. It seemed a bit chaotic on our first visit, but once we got past that, everything went smoothly. Overall, I'm very satisfied with the care my son is receiving and would recommend this office to other parents in the area!

I had a very positive experience for my son's dental treatment at this office. The staff was lovely, and the atmosphere was inviting. My son felt comfortable, which was a relief since he can be a bit anxious about dental visits. I loved that they offered flexible hours, making it easier for us to find appointments after school. The only thing I would mention is that there were a few times where we had to wait longer than expected, which was a bit frustrating. Despite this, the quality of care provided definitely made up for the wait. Overall, I would recommend this place to parents looking for a pediatric orthodontist.

I've been bringing my daughter here for the past six months, and I can honestly say it's been a great experience. The orthodontist is very knowledgeable and has a way of making the kids feel comfortable during procedures. My daughter was nervous about getting her braces on, but the staff explained everything in a fun and engaging way. They even showed her how to take care of her braces, which really helped ease her anxiety. The office is clean, and there’s a nice play area for younger siblings, which is a plus! The only small downside is that their parking can be a bit tricky during busy times, but it's not a dealbreaker. Overall, a fantastic practice that I would recommend without hesitation!

I can't express how grateful I am for the wonderful experience my family has had at this orthodontics office! From the moment we walked in, it felt like we were part of a caring community. As a first-time parent navigating the world of braces, I had so many questions, but the team was incredibly patient and took the time to explain everything thoroughly. Dr. Come was especially engaging, taking a personal interest in my daughter's dental journey. She gave her a thorough consultation and made sure we understood the treatment plan. The office was bright, clean, and filled with fun decorations that kept my daughter entertained. I also appreciated the flexibility of their hours; we could easily find a time that worked for our busy schedule! However, I did notice that sometimes there was a bit of a wait for our appointments, which can be tough with a restless child. But overall, the quality of care we received made it well worth it.
