I’ve been a member for a little over a year, and I'm generally pleased with the services offered. The video teller option is a unique feature that I think makes banking much easier, especially for those who might struggle with traditional methods. The staff is knowledgeable, and they make you feel valued as a customer. My only complaint would be that the operating hours on weekends are a bit limited; it would be great if they could extend them. However, I appreciate how helpful everyone is when I come in.

I visited the video teller center for the first time last week, and it was a really neat experience. The layout is user-friendly, and I loved how accessible everything is. The video teller was very professional and helped me get my account set up in no time. The only suggestion I have would be to improve the sound quality of the video calls; it was a bit hard to hear at times, but overall, a fantastic service that I will definitely use again!

What a refreshing experience! The video teller service is incredibly innovative and made my usual banking tasks feel so much more convenient. I was able to transfer funds and get answers to my questions without having to stand in long lines. The teller I spoke to was not only professional but also genuinely cared about addressing my concerns. I can't say enough about how user-friendly everything is; even if you're not tech-savvy, they guide you through the process seamlessly. The environment is clean, and I felt very safe while there. My only minor issue was that they could use more signage to help direct customers to the video teller stations; I wasn’t quite sure where to go at first. Regardless, I'm thrilled to have found such a resourceful place for my banking needs!

I’ve been with my bank for years and recently decided to give the video teller service a try. I was pleasantly surprised! The staff were welcoming and I felt like I was in good hands. The technology is simple to use, which made my transaction quick and efficient. I didn't have to wait long at all. Definitely a great experience!
