I recently had my first appointment here, and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed. The front desk staff greeted me warmly, and the waiting area was not only clean but also calming. My dental hygienist was fantastic and really took the time to make sure I was comfortable. I appreciated how they explained the costs upfront, so I wasn’t caught off guard. Dr. Lee was professional and personable, answering all my questions patiently. The only thing I would recommend is perhaps adding some more entertainment options in the waiting room; a few more magazines or a TV would be nice. Overall, great service and a pleasant experience.

As someone who has always been nervous about visiting the dentist, I can’t express how relieved I was after my appointment. The team here is exceptionally compassionate. I was really worried about getting a filling, but Dr. Jones was so reassuring and talked me through each step. The office has a modern feel, which is nice compared to some older clinics I've been to. I also loved that they used the latest technology, making the experience quicker and more efficient. One thing I would suggest is to have more appointment times available since they seem to book up quickly. I had to wait a few weeks for my follow-up, but the service is worth it! I’m already looking forward to my next visit.

The waiting area was clean and cozy, with nice touches like magazines and water available. My dental hygienist was so gentle and thorough; I usually dread cleanings, but this time it was a breeze. Dr. Smith took the time to explain everything he was doing, which I really appreciated. They even went above and beyond to provide tips on how to improve my oral hygiene routine. The only minor hiccup was the wait time, as I arrived a bit early and had to sit for about 15 minutes, but it was worth it! Highly recommended!
