From the moment I entered, I felt like I was in good hands. The staff is friendly and genuinely seems to enjoy being there, which made my visit much more pleasant. I really appreciated how the dentist took the time to walk me through each step of my procedure, and I left feeling confident about my treatment. The only thing I wish was different is that they had Saturday hours, as it can be tough to fit appointments into a busy work week. I can't say enough good things about my experience at this dental office! After a few negative encounters at previous practices, I was relieved to find a place that genuinely cares. The atmosphere is so inviting, and I appreciated how the staff, especially the dentist, took the time to listen to my concerns and explain treatments in a way I could understand. I was particularly impressed by their LGBTQ-friendly policies, which made me feel welcomed and respected. The only minor hiccup was that my appointment ran about 15 minutes late, but it was clear they were just being thorough with other patients.
