I had an excellent experience here! I took my tablet in for a battery replacement and was pleasantly surprised by how quickly they assessed the situation. The staff was warm and welcoming, making it a comfortable environment to ask questions. I was thrilled when they told me they could have it done the same day! The price was reasonable, and the quality of their work was evident when I picked it up. My only piece of constructive feedback would be to enhance their online booking system; I found it a bit confusing to navigate. Nonetheless, I truly appreciate their service and will definitely return for any tech problems in the future. Highly recommend!

Wow! What a lifesaver this service has been for me! My laptop screen was flickering, and after trying to fix it myself (which was a disaster), I decided to seek help. The technician was so knowledgeable and quickly diagnosed the issue as a loose connection. Not only did they fix it in under an hour, but they also cleaned my laptop, which I didn't expect! It feels like a brand-new device now. The only thing I could suggest is to have more seating for customers waiting, as it was quite busy when I arrived.
