I had an excellent experience during my visit for a respiratory issue. The office was easy to find and parking was a breeze. The front desk staff were courteous and efficient, which made the check-in process a snap. What really stood out was the level of care I received from Dr. Costarangos. He was attentive, and he explained the tests we would be doing thoroughly. I felt very comfortable discussing my symptoms with him. I did have to wait a bit longer than I expected, but it was worth it for the quality of care. Also, I wish they had Saturday hours; it would be more convenient for people who work during the week. Overall, I walked out feeling reassured and well-informed.
