I’ve been a member here for a few years now, and overall, I’m really pleased with my experience. The branch is conveniently located, and the parking is usually easy to find. I recently needed some financial advice regarding saving options, and I was impressed by how helpful the staff was. They took the time to sit down with me and explore different plans that fit my lifestyle. One aspect I appreciate is their commitment to community initiatives; it's nice to know my credit union is giving back. On the flip side, I do wish they had longer hours during the week or opened on Saturdays to accommodate those of us who work standard business hours. But the quality of service makes up for it. I’d definitely recommend them, especially if you value personal attention and localized service.

My only slight concern was the wait time; there were a lot of customers the day I visited, so it took a bit longer than expected to be seen.
