We had Copper Grill Catering for our wedding last month, and let me tell you, they made our day even more special! From the initial planning stages, their team was incredibly responsive and helpful. We chose a buffet-style setup, featuring a variety of meats, sides, and vegetarian options, which catered to all our guests' tastes. The standout dish was definitely the smoked brisket—so tender and flavorful! On the day of the event, the staff was professional and kept everything running smoothly. The only thing I could suggest would be to have a bit more variety in desserts, as we had quite a few guests with sweet tooth cravings. Overall, they were fantastic and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a caterer in the area.
