I can't speak highly enough about the service I received from this agency. As a first-time homebuyer, I was overwhelmed with choices and decisions. My agent guided me patiently through the entire process, explaining everything in detail and helping me see the positives and negatives of each option. They truly listened to what I wanted and never pressured me into something I wasn't comfortable with. The technology they used for virtual tours and paperwork was seamless, which made everything much easier during a busy work week. I also appreciated the follow-up after my purchase, where they checked in to see how I was settling in. If I had to offer one suggestion, it would be for them to consider offering some workshops or informational sessions for first-time buyers. Overall, I had an outstanding experience and am thrilled with my new home!
