I had a wonderful experience bringing my boat in for repairs. The team is so professional and thorough. They took their time to inspect everything and pointed out some things that needed attention, which I appreciated. I felt very informed and involved throughout the entire process. Mike, in particular, was great! He made me feel valued as a customer. The shop was clean and organized, which gave me confidence in their work. My only suggestion would be to extend their hours a bit, especially on weekends, as I know several boaters who would appreciate it. But overall, I’m extremely satisfied with the service and the outcome. My boat is running better than ever, and I feel like I have a reliable team to turn to. I was referred to this shop by a friend, and I couldn't be happier with the service I received. I brought my boat in for some routine maintenance, and they went above and beyond. The staff was super friendly and took the time to explain what they were doing. I was particularly impressed with their work on my engine; they fixed a nagging issue that I had been struggling with for months. Plus, the pricing was very fair. My only small concern was that they seemed a bit busy on the day I visited, which made the wait longer than expected. However, it was worth it because they did an amazing job! I can confidently say that I will be coming back for any future service needs.
