I brought my SUV here after a deer incident and was blown away by the service. The team was knowledgeable and really seemed to care about my situation. They provided a detailed estimate and explained everything thoroughly. The repair took a little while, but that was to be expected given the damage. When I picked up my vehicle, it was spotless inside and out, which was a nice touch! I would have given them five stars, but it was a bit hard to reach them on the phone initially. I left a message and got a call back within an hour, so that was a relief. Overall, I’m extremely pleased and would recommend them to anyone in need of auto body repairs!

I had a fantastic experience at this collision center! After a fender bender, I was really worried about how my car would turn out, but they did a stellar job. The staff was not only professional but also incredibly friendly. They took the time to walk me through what needed to be done and gave me a clear timeline for the repairs. I was pleasantly surprised when they finished a day earlier than expected! My car looks brand new, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. One thing I would suggest is perhaps having a designated waiting area for customers; I had to sit in the office area which was a bit cramped. Despite that, the positive experience far outweighed any minor discomfort. I highly recommend this place to anyone needing auto body work!

I can't say enough good things about my experience with this collision center! After a pretty bad accident, I was feeling overwhelmed and unsure about where to take my car. A friend recommended this place, and I’m so glad they did! From the start, the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. They guided me through the entire process and assured me that they would take great care of my vehicle. I appreciated how they kept me updated on the progress of the repairs, it really eased my mind. When I got my car back, I was amazed at how great it looked, almost like it had never been in an accident! The only tiny issue I had was a slight miscommunication about when the car would be ready; I thought I’d be picking it up a day earlier. I recently had my car repaired at this auto body shop after a minor accident, and I can’t recommend them highly enough! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly by the staff, who took the time to explain the repair process in detail. They helped me understand the costs involved upfront, which I really appreciated. The technicians clearly know their stuff; the quality of the work was exceptional. My car looks as good as new! They even cleaned the interior, which was a lovely surprise. The only minor drawback was that it took a bit longer than I expected, about a week, but I was kept informed throughout the process, so it wasn’t a huge issue.
