I can't say enough good things about my experience! I walked in without an appointment, and the staff was incredibly welcoming. My stylist, Jamie, listened attentively to what I wanted, which was a bit of a transformation from long layers to a stylish bob. I had such a great experience getting my hair colored here! I decided to go bold with some bright highlights and was a bit nervous, but the stylist made me feel at ease right away. I recently visited for a trim, and I was pleasantly surprised! I loved that the place was wheelchair accessible since I sometimes go with my grandmother. My stylist was friendly and efficient, cutting off just the right amount of hair. The only downside was that there seemed to be a little confusion at the front desk about my appointment time. However, the staff handled it well and made sure I was taken care of quickly. Overall, a great experience, and I will be going back for sure!
