The ambiance is modern yet cozy, and the staff is super friendly. I had a haircut and a deep conditioning treatment, and my stylist was so meticulous. They really took their time to make sure every detail was perfect. The only reason I’m giving it four stars instead of five is because I had to wait about 15 minutes past my appointment time, which was a little frustrating. But once I was in the chair, I understood why – they give such personalized attention! My hair feels and looks amazing, and I’ve already booked a follow-up appointment.
