I can't say enough good things about my experience at this credit union! From the first phone call to setting up my account, everything has been seamless. The staff is incredibly patient and kind, especially when it comes to answering my endless questions about interest rates and savings accounts. They really take the time to ensure you understand everything. I was also pleasantly surprised by the workshops they offer; I attended one on budget management that was extremely informative. My only suggestion would be to improve their phone service, as there were a couple of times I had to wait on hold longer than I expected. But aside from that, the personalized approach they take really sets them apart. I feel valued as a customer, and I’m excited to continue my financial journey with their support.
