My visit to Dr. Childress was nothing short of amazing! He addressed my throat issues with such care and professionalism. The staff was welcoming, and the appointment was scheduled conveniently. The only thing I would mention is that the follow-up options could be more streamlined, as I had a little trouble reaching someone for a quick question. I had my first visit to see Dr. Childress last week, and I can’t express how impressed I was! As someone who has been dealing with allergies for years, I was eager to find a solution. I had a great experience with Dr. Childress when I visited him for recurring ear infections. He was very professional and made me feel comfortable. I appreciated that he didn’t rush through the appointment and took the time to answer all my questions. The examination was thorough, and he even provided me with tips for prevention. The office staff was friendly, and the atmosphere was nice. The only thing I would suggest is maybe improving the waiting area, as it could use some more seating options during peak hours. That said, it was a minor issue compared to the excellent care I received from Dr. Childress. Overall, I felt confident in his recommendations and am hopeful for my recovery!
