I had a solid experience here, but it wasn't without a few bumps. I brought my vehicle in after noticing a strange noise coming from the engine. The staff was attentive and really took the time to diagnose the issue. They provided a detailed estimate, which I appreciated, but I felt the cost was a bit higher than I had anticipated. When I picked up my car, it was running smoothly, which is the most important part! They did an awesome job fixing the issue, and I was pleased with the quality of the work. The waiting area could use a little more seating, especially during busy hours, but that’s a minor complaint. I can't say enough good things about my experience here! I went in for a brake inspection, and the staff was top-notch. They explained everything thoroughly, and I felt completely involved in the process. Not only did they fix the brakes, but they also checked other components to ensure everything was in good shape, which I really appreciated. The atmosphere was welcoming, and I felt at home while I waited. The only hiccup was the wait time; it took a bit longer than I expected, but they did inform me ahead of time that they were busy.
