I recently finished my treatment here, and I’m so thrilled with the results! The staff were always friendly and attentive, making every visit enjoyable. My family and I have been going to this orthodontic practice for about a year now, and overall, we've had a positive experience. The staff is warm and welcoming, and they seem to genuinely care about their patients. I appreciate how the doctors take time to explain the treatment process in detail. It really helps to ease any anxiety, especially for my kids! The office is also very clean and well-maintained, which is a big plus for me. I found the pricing to be reasonable compared to other places we considered, and they offer flexible payment plans that made it easier for us. One small suggestion would be to improve the scheduling system; sometimes, I felt like appointment reminders could be a bit clearer. But all in all, I’m really happy with the care we’ve received and the progress my children are making.

I can't emphasize enough how wonderful my experience has been! From the moment I stepped into the office, I was greeted by the friendly staff who made me feel at ease. The waiting room is bright and welcoming, decorated with fun art and comfortable seating. Dr. DaBell and Dr. Paventy are both incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about their work. They took the time to explain every step of the process and answered all my questions with great patience. I was especially impressed with how they tailored my treatment plan to fit my specific needs. The technology they use is top-notch, making the whole process quicker and more efficient than I ever imagined. I also loved the mobile app that allows me to track my appointments and progress; it’s such a handy tool! One area for improvement might be the appointment availability, as I noticed that they tend to fill up quickly, sometimes making it hard to find a time that works for my schedule. However, the level of care and attention I received far outweighed this minor inconvenience. I’m so excited to see the final results and can’t recommend this practice highly enough to anyone considering orthodontic work!
