My experience at this practice has been wonderful! Dr. Howard is patient and takes the time to explain things to both the parents and kids. I appreciate how he makes a point to include my child in the conversation, which really helps them feel involved and less anxious. The staff is super friendly, and I love how they remember our names and preferences from visit to visit. The only thing I could wish for is a more extensive selection of books or toys in the waiting area, but overall this is a minor issue compared to the excellent care we've received. Would recommend him to anyone!

Absolutely thrilled with our experience at this pediatric office! Dr. Howard is incredibly warm and knowledgeable, making both me and my child feel at ease. From the start, he was engaging, asking my child questions and making them laugh, which is no small feat! The office staff was also very friendly and helpful, ensuring that we had everything we needed. My only suggestion would be to improve the waiting area with more activities for kids, but that’s just a minor detail. The quality of care is unparalleled, and I knew my child was in good hands. Highly recommend!

As a parent, finding the right pediatrician is so important, and I feel incredibly lucky to have found Dr. Howard. The office is conveniently located in Austin, and the environment is bright and cheerful, which definitely helps soothe the nerves of little ones. During our initial visit, I was thoroughly impressed with how attentive Dr. Howard was. He took the time to get to know my child, asking questions and making jokes that made my daughter giggle, which made her feel at ease. The staff is also fantastic—very friendly and accommodating. They even followed up with us a few days later to see how my child was feeling after their shots. The only downside was that the office could definitely use a few more toys in the waiting area; there were only a couple of options for children to play with while we waited. But the care we received was stellar, and I would absolutely recommend Dr. Howard to other parents looking for a dedicated and caring pediatrician.

Switching pediatricians can be daunting, but after our first visit with Dr. Howard, I knew we had made the right choice! The office was clean, organized, and had a friendly vibe. Dr. Howard himself was so personable and knowledgeable; he answered all of my questions about my son's health and development with patience and clarity. I appreciated that he didn't rush through the appointment, which is often a concern in busy practices. Additionally, the nurse was so sweet and attentive, making the whole experience feel very supportive. One small critique would be that the parking situation can be a bit tricky during peak times—something to keep in mind if you're visiting during the after-school rush. Overall, I left feeling very confident in our new pediatrician and highly recommend him to anyone seeking excellent care for their kids.
