I just had my first appointment here, and I can honestly say it won’t be my last! From the moment I walked in, I felt a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The receptionist greeted me with a smile, and the paperwork was straightforward. Dr. Gallo was attentive and genuinely concerned about my health. He took the time to go over my medical history and discuss any issues I had, which is a refreshing change from experiences I’ve had elsewhere. The only minor hiccup was the wait time; I ended up waiting about 30 minutes past my appointment time, but I could see that the staff were busy with other patients. Once in the room, though, I felt like I had the doctor’s full attention, and I left with a clear plan moving forward. I can’t say enough wonderful things about my visit! I’ve been struggling with some chronic issues, and I finally decided to seek help. Dr. Gallo was compassionate and attentive, making sure I felt heard throughout the entire process. He didn’t rush our conversation at all, which is something I’ve experienced in the past at other clinics. I appreciated his thoroughness when discussing treatment options. The staff was also friendly and efficient, making the entire experience smooth. My only piece of constructive feedback would be to improve the waiting area; it could use some updates to make it feel more comfortable. Despite that, I am thrilled to have found such a caring physician and will definitely be returning for follow-ups. Highly recommended!

I had a really positive experience during my visit. The staff was incredibly friendly, and I felt welcomed right away. Dr. Gallo took the time to listen to my concerns, which I really appreciated. He had a great bedside manner and explained everything in detail. The only thing I would suggest is having a slightly more organized check-in process, as it took a bit longer than expected. Otherwise, I'm very happy with my visit and would recommend him to others!
