What a hidden gem! I found this watch repair service online and decided to give it a try after my favorite watch stopped working. The gentleman there was incredibly friendly and took the time to assess the issues thoroughly. He was very transparent about the costs and the time it would take. The only thing I wish is that they had more seating available while you wait, as it can get a bit crowded during peak hours. That said, my watch works perfectly now, and I left with a huge smile. I can't recommend this watch repair shop enough! I dropped off my vintage watch that needed a new battery and a good cleaning. The service was prompt, and the man working there was super friendly. He even took the time to show me how to take care of it better in the future. It was refreshing to see someone so dedicated to their craft. The only downside was that I had to wait for about 30 minutes for the repair to be completed, but it was worth it to have my watch looking as good as new. If you’re in the area and have a watch problem, this is the place to go!
