I can't say enough good things about my experience! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere felt welcoming and calm. I am so grateful to have found Dr. Arango! As someone who has struggled with chronic health issues, I can't express how comforting it is to be under the care of someone who truly listens. During my visit, he took the time to go over my symptoms in detail and proposed a plan that feels tailored to my needs. The staff was also pleasant, making the check-in process smooth, and I was impressed by the accessibility features in the clinic, which shows they care about all patients. I did experience a bit of a wait, which is understandable given how thorough the doctor is, but it would be nice if there were some updates about wait times while in the lobby. Overall, this is a top-notch family physician, and I’m looking forward to continuing my care here!

I had my first appointment with Dr. Arango last week, and I must say, it was an impressive experience. The office was easy to find, and the parking was ample, which is always a plus. Upon entering, I was greeted by the receptionist, who was polite and efficient. Dr. Arango himself was very personable and took the time to review my medical history thoroughly. He asked relevant questions and made me feel comfortable discussing my health concerns. However, I did notice that the wait time was a bit longer than I expected, around 30 minutes. I understand that good doctors can get behind schedule, but it would be nice if they could manage this a little better. Despite the wait, I left feeling optimistic and cared for, and I will definitely return for my follow-up!
