I have been renting forklifts for my warehouse from this company for over a year now, and I must say, their service is consistently impressive. The staff is always quick to assist me, whether I need maintenance, advice, or just a quick rental. They have a solid selection of well-maintained equipment, and I feel confident in the quality of what I’m renting. I’ve had only minor issues with one of the forklifts, but their response time to resolve it was remarkable. The only area I think they could improve on is the wait time during peak hours; sometimes it gets a bit busy, and I have to wait for assistance. Nonetheless, I love working with them!
