I can’t express enough how wonderful my experience has been. From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcomed and at ease. Dr. Helton is not only incredibly knowledgeable but also has a fantastic bedside manner. He took the time to answer all my questions and never rushed me during my appointment. The office itself is clean and well-organized, which is a big plus in my book. What I appreciated the most was how he explained the whole process, making sure I understood everything before proceeding. The only minor downside was that I had to wait a bit longer than expected for my appointment, but honestly, it was worth it for the quality of care I received. I was really impressed by my visit! Dr. Helton is very approachable and made me feel comfortable discussing sensitive topics. The examination room had a calming atmosphere, which helped ease my anxiety. However, I did have a little trouble with scheduling my follow-up appointment because the phone lines were busy. Still, I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a caring and skilled physician.
