I can't say enough good things about my experience with my realtor! From the moment we started looking for our new home, Dayla was there every step of the way. She really took the time to get to know us and understand what we were looking for. I appreciated her attention to detail, especially when she pointed out features in homes that we might have overlooked. Her knowledge of the market is impressive! We were shown homes in a variety of neighborhoods, and she always had insightful information about the area. I particularly loved the fact that she was always available to answer any questions—even late at night when I was filled with anxiety about making such a huge decision! The process felt seamless, and her negotiation skills got us a fantastic price on our dream house. The only slight hiccup was during the final walkthrough; there were minor repairs that needed to be addressed, and while Dayla assured us they would be taken care of, the communication could have been a bit clearer in that moment. However, she followed through and ensured everything was resolved before closing. Overall, I highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy a home.
