What a relief to find a tire shop that really cares about its customers! I went in to get my alignment checked since I was noticing some uneven tire wear. Plus, their prices are very competitive! While waiting, I noticed they had a small selection of snacks and drinks, which is a nice touch. The only thing I’d suggest is that they add more seating in the waiting area; it was a bit cramped when I visited. But honestly, this is a minor detail compared to the excellent service I received. I ended up choosing a set of all-season tires based on their recommendation, and I'm so glad I did! The difference in ride quality is night and day. It’s like driving a brand new car! They were also surprisingly fast; I expected a long wait, but I was in and out in less than an hour. The only minor feedback I have is that the waiting area could use a few more seats. It was pretty busy when I was there, and I ended up standing for a while. Overall, I can't recommend them enough; they truly know how to make a customer feel valued and leave with confidence in their service.
