I am beyond thrilled with the alterations done to my wedding dress! From the moment I walked into the shop, it felt like a cozy haven for brides. Debbie’s expertise was evident in every step. She and her team were attentive, patient, and truly listened to what I wanted. They turned my vision into reality, and I was blown away by how flattering the adjustments were, especially the way they enhanced the neckline and brought in the waistline. I also appreciated that they offered some customization ideas that I hadn’t even considered. However, I did feel that the turnaround time was a little longer than I expected. A couple of extra days would have helped ease my nerves leading up to my big day. Nonetheless, the quality of work overshadowed this minor inconvenience. My dress was a showstopper! What a fantastic experience! The team here was incredibly accommodating and really understood my needs. Debbie was so easy to talk to and made me feel at ease during the fitting process. The alterations she performed were spot on—my dress fit like a glove! I was anxious about my timeline, but they worked diligently to ensure everything was done in time. If I had to give a suggestion, it would be to perhaps have a clearer schedule for fittings, as I had to wait a bit during my last visit. But overall, I can’t recommend them enough!

The only thing I’d point out for improvement is that the shop could benefit from a more organized display of fabric samples to help brides visualize the alterations better.
