I recently visited for some dental work and was pleasantly surprised by the overall experience. The staff was attentive and genuinely cared about my comfort. Dr. Lee was very skilled at what he does and made sure I knew what to expect throughout the procedure. The only thing I found a bit off was the parking situation, as it can be a challenge at peak hours. However, the quality of care I received definitely outweighs this minor inconvenience. I had an excellent experience here when I needed dental implants. The staff are very professional and friendly, making the whole process less intimidating. I was particularly impressed with how clean and organized the facility was, which really helped put me at ease. Dr. Johnson took the time to answer all my questions and ensured I understood the procedure, which I really appreciated. The only suggestion I would have is to maybe have a few more options for entertainment in the waiting area. While I enjoyed the ambiance, a few magazines or a TV could keep patients occupied while they wait. Overall, I would highly recommend this place to anyone in need of implants!

I went to see them for dental implants after hearing some recommendations from friends, and I must say, I'm mostly satisfied with my experience. The consultation was thorough, and the dentist explained the procedure in detail, which was really helpful. My implants turned out great, and I can chew and smile confidently again! However, I did feel at times that the staff seemed a bit rushed during my follow-up visits, and I would have liked a little more attention to detail. It wasn’t terrible, but when you're dealing with something as important as dental work, every little bit of personal interaction matters. Despite this, I think they offer a solid service, and I would still recommend them to others looking into implants.
