I can’t say enough good things about my experience here. After a particularly stressful day where I accidentally scraped my car against a pole, I was desperate to find a quality auto body shop that I could trust. I called them and was pleasantly surprised by how courteous and informative they were over the phone. When I arrived, I was immediately impressed by the cleanliness of the shop and the friendliness of the staff. They took my car in for an assessment and tech explained all the options available to me based on my budget. I opted for their mid-range repair package, and let me just say, it was worth every penny. The repairs took about three days, but they kept me updated throughout the process, which I found very reassuring. When I came to pick up my car, I was amazed at the transformation. They had not only repaired the scratch but also polished the entire car, giving it a nice shine! The only feedback I would provide is that I wish their online appointment system was a bit more user-friendly; it took me a few tries to successfully book my initial assessment. Other than that, I couldn't be happier with the outcome!
