I was referred to Dr. Lucy by a friend, and I must say, my experience was quite positive overall. Her office was clean and well-organized, which is always a good sign. During my appointment, she took the time to go over my medical history in detail, which I really appreciated. It's clear that she is very knowledgeable about diabetes management and offers practical solutions rather than just medication. The information she provided about nutrition and exercise was eye-opening, and I’ve already started implementing some of her suggestions. The only thing I would say is that I wish the office had more flexible hours; I can only come in after work, and I found it a bit challenging to schedule my follow-ups. Nevertheless, I’m looking forward to my next appointment and continuing my journey towards better health!

I can't say enough good things about my experience with Dr. Lucy. From the moment I walked into the office, I felt welcomed and cared for. The staff was incredibly friendly and efficient, making the check-in process a breeze. I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly I was seen for my appointment, considering how hectic medical offices can be. Dr. Lucy herself took the time to explain everything in detail. I had a lot of questions regarding my diabetes management and she answered each one with patience and clarity. What I appreciated most was her personalized approach; she tailored my treatment plan to fit not just my medical needs but also my lifestyle. She helped me understand the importance of diet and exercise but didn’t push me to make drastic changes overnight. Instead, she encouraged small, manageable steps, which I found very helpful. One minor drawback was the lack of availability on certain days—having more flexible hours would be great for those of us who work full time. Overall, if you're looking for a knowledgeable and empathetic doctor, I highly recommend her. I finally feel in control of my diabetes, and that's something I haven’t felt in years!
