I recently had the chance to visit this brewery on a Saturday night, and it was an absolute delight! The atmosphere was vibrant, with a great mix of locals and newcomers sharing their love for craft beer. I started with their flagship IPA, which had a perfect balance of hop flavor without being too bitter. The staff was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, helping me navigate the menu filled with unique options like a coffee stout that just blew my mind. I can’t recommend the pretzels enough; they were warm, soft, and came with this incredible cheese dip that paired perfectly with my beer. My only small suggestion would be to add more seating, as it did get a bit crowded later in the evening, but that just shows how popular this place is! Overall, I’m looking forward to returning and trying out their seasonal brews. This brewery truly knows how to create an inviting space for beer lovers, and it’s definitely worth the visit!

What a fantastic find! I wandered into this brewery during a weekend visit to the city, and I can honestly say it was one of the highlights of my trip. First off, the ambiance was warm and inviting, with rustic decor and cozy seating that made me feel right at home. I tried a flight of four different beers, and each one was better than the last. The hazy pale ale was refreshingly citrusy, while the rich porter had notes of dark chocolate that lingered beautifully on the palate. I was pleasantly surprised to learn that they often host live music, which really adds to the experience. The food menu was also a treat! I ordered the pulled pork sandwich, and it was juicy, flavorful, and generously portioned. The only thing I would suggest is perhaps expanding the food options a bit to cater to different dietary needs, as my friend who is vegetarian had limited choices. Nonetheless, the staff was attentive and genuinely passionate about their craft, which made the experience all the more enjoyable. I left with a couple of cans of their seasonal brew, and I can't wait to share them with friends back home. I’ll definitely be back to explore more of their offerings soon!
