I had my first appointment at Dimitri Dermatology last week and overall, I was quite impressed with the service. The clinic was clean and well-organized, and the front desk staff were incredibly polite, which created a welcoming atmosphere right away. Dr. Dimitri took the time to discuss my skin issues in depth and even showed me various options for treatment. I appreciated that he encouraged me to ask questions until I felt comfortable. The only downside was the wait time; I had a scheduled appointment but waited almost 30 minutes to be seen. I understand that things can get busy, but it would be helpful if they could manage the schedule a bit better. Regardless, I left with a clear plan for my skin, and I really feel optimistic about my treatment moving forward. I’m looking forward to my follow-up appointment in a few weeks!
