I had my first visit to this salon last week, and overall it was a very positive experience. I went in for a trim and some highlights, and I have to say, my stylist was incredibly skilled. She really understood what I wanted and executed it perfectly. The highlights turned out so natural and bright; they added just the right amount of dimension to my hair. The only suggestion I would have is that they could improve their scheduling system. There was a little confusion about my appointment time, which caused a slight delay. However, the staff handled it gracefully and apologized for the mix-up. The ambiance is also lovely, very calming and inviting, which made the wait more enjoyable. I left feeling refreshed and happy with my new look. I’m looking forward to booking my next appointment and trying out some of their spa services!
