When I arrived, I was greeted warmly, and they got to work right away. The technician was not only skilled but also took the time to explain the repair process, which really put me at ease. They had a range of options for glass types, and I appreciated the transparency in pricing. What stood out the most was their attention to detail; they even cleaned the surrounding area of the windshield afterward! The only reason I'm giving four stars instead of five is that the waiting area could use a bit more comfort—perhaps some chairs with better cushions. But overall, I was super satisfied and would definitely recommend this facility to anyone needing glass repair!

I was extremely impressed with my experience here! The customer service was top-notch, and the technician explained every step of the process while replacing my side window. I loved how they kept the area tidy and even offered me a complimentary coffee while I waited. The whole process took less time than I expected, and the price was very fair for the quality of work done. If I had to nitpick, I would suggest extending their hours on Fridays, as I had difficulty fitting my schedule around their hours. Still, I can't recommend this place enough for glass repairs!
