I recently had my fireplace serviced by this company, and it was mostly a positive experience. The technician was very knowledgeable and took the time to ensure everything was safe and functional. He also offered some great suggestions on how to improve the efficiency of my fireplace. I really appreciated the thoroughness of his work. However, I did notice that they could improve their communication when it comes to appointment scheduling. I had a bit of trouble getting a hold of someone when I tried to confirm my appointment the day before. Despite that, I'm very satisfied with the quality of work and the professionalism of the staff. I would recommend them for fireplace services!

I had a fantastic experience with this heating contractor! After my heater broke down during a particularly cold week, I was in a bit of a panic. I called them and their customer service was very friendly and understanding. They scheduled a technician to come out the very next day. The technician arrived right on time, was professional, and clearly explained what was wrong with my heater. He fixed it quickly and even gave me tips on how to maintain it for better efficiency. The pricing was reasonable for the quality of service I received. One tiny detail I wish could be improved is their phone system; it could have been more user-friendly while making an appointment. But overall, I can't recommend them enough for anyone needing heating services!

I’ve had a mixed experience with this heating contractor. On the one hand, the technician who came to service my heating system was fantastic. He was very thorough and explained everything he was doing. It was clear that he knew his stuff! However, I found the office staff to be a little disorganized when it came to scheduling. They seemed a bit overwhelmed, and my appointment got mixed up a couple of times. That said, once I was able to get the service done, I was really pleased with the results. The technician even gave me some tips on maintenance which I appreciated. Overall, if they can improve their scheduling process, I think they would be top-notch!

Great service! I had an air conditioning issue that was causing me a lot of stress during the summer. They were able to send someone out the same day I called, which was fantastic. The technician was polite and quick, and he fixed my problem in no time. Plus, he gave me some advice on how to keep my A/C running smoothly. Their pricing was also fair, which I really appreciated!
