I’ve taken my son to this pediatrician since he was a newborn, and every visit has been a positive experience. What stands out to me the most is Dr. Suell’s genuine compassion for his young patients. He has a way of connecting with children that puts them at ease. During our last visit, my son was scared about getting a shot, but Dr. Suell turned it into a fun game. His approach not only distracted my son but also made him laugh, which was priceless! The office environment is clean and vibrant, with plenty of engaging visuals for kids. The staff is friendly, but I have noticed that during busy hours, it can get a bit chaotic. I've had to wait a bit longer than expected on a couple of occasions. A little more organization during peak times could really improve the overall experience. However, the quality of care we receive makes it worth it. They do a fantastic job of following up after visits, which shows they truly care about their patients' well-being. Overall, I feel grateful to have found a pediatrician who is not only knowledgeable but also deeply cares about the children he treats. I highly recommend him to other parents!

I cannot say enough good things about our experience with this pediatrician! From the moment we walked through the door, we were greeted by a friendly staff that made us feel right at home. The waiting area is bright and welcoming, with plenty of toys to keep my little one entertained. We had an appointment on a Wednesday, and I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly we were seen—no long waits! Dr. Suell is incredibly attentive. He took the time to listen to my concerns about my child's recurring allergies and even followed up with some excellent resources on managing them. His demeanor is calm and reassuring, which was a huge plus for my anxious child. What impressed me most was how he explained everything in a way that my child could understand, making the visit less daunting. If I had one piece of constructive feedback, it would be to consider having a more accessible restroom for parents with mobility issues, as that could make the visit easier for everyone. However, this minor detail did not overshadow the great care we received. Overall, I left the office feeling super relieved and confident in the treatment plan we established. We’ve been coming to this pediatrician for over a year now, and I can confidently say that the care we’ve received has been top-notch. The office is generally very clean, and the staff is consistently friendly and helpful. My daughter loves her doctor and is always excited to see him, which is a huge relief for any parent! One thing I appreciate is that Dr. Suell takes the time to explain each procedure in detail, which helps me as a parent understand what's going on. I had some concerns about my daughter's growth, and he was very thorough in addressing them, providing us with a clear plan moving forward. However, on our last visit, the wait time felt a bit longer than usual, which was surprising since we had an appointment scheduled. It would be great if they could streamline that a bit for better efficiency. Nevertheless, I feel confident in the medical advice and care we receive.
