Dr. Chavez himself was exceptional; he listened patiently to my concerns and took the time to explain the procedures and the reasoning behind my treatment options. I felt genuinely cared for, which is a rarity these days! One thing I appreciated was the follow-up call I received a few days later to check on my progress. It showed that he truly cares about his patients. The only thing that could be improved is possibly reducing the wait time; I had to wait nearly 30 minutes past my appointment time, but it was worth it in the end. Overall, I highly recommend Dr. Chavez to anyone in need of a urologist. He made a potentially stressful situation much more manageable!
