On the constructive side, I think their waiting area could benefit from some more magazines or a TV to help pass the time, as it was a bit dull while waiting. I recently had a fantastic experience at my eye appointment! The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment I walked in. Dr. Winnick took the time to explain each step of the exam and answered all my questions with patience. I particularly appreciated his thoroughness in checking for any eye health issues. The optical shop had a great selection of frames, and I found the perfect pair! The prices were reasonable too. My only minor suggestion would be to have a few more seating options in the waiting area, as it can get a bit crowded. Overall, I highly recommend this place for anyone in need of eye care!

This is hands down the best optometry office I’ve ever been to! The staff is always welcoming and remembers me every time I visit, which adds a personal touch. Dr. Winnick is fantastic—he’s incredibly thorough and takes the time to explain everything in detail, from the exams to my prescription. I also appreciate that they have a wide variety of stylish glasses and sunglasses to choose from. They hold regular promotions, which is a nice bonus. My only critique is that the office can get a bit busy during peak hours, so I'd recommend scheduling early in the morning or later in the afternoon. Regardless, I always leave feeling satisfied with the service and care I've received. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for quality eye care!

What a pleasant surprise! I’ve been to several optometrists over the years, but this one really stands out. The atmosphere felt refreshing—bright and clean. I love how they utilize modern technology for their exams; it made the process so much easier and quicker. Dr. Winnick was exceptionally knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable throughout my visit. The staff was also great at helping me pick out new glasses, offering thoughtful opinions without pushing any sales. I did notice that while they have a fantastic selection of frames, the transition lenses took a bit longer than expected to arrive. Still, the overall experience was incredible, and I left feeling well taken care of. I will definitely be returning for my future eye care needs!

I had my first appointment here a few days ago, and overall, I was very pleased. The staff was friendly and efficient, which made the check-in process smooth. Dr. Winnick was professional and knowledgeable, and I felt he genuinely cared about my eye health. The exam was thorough, and he took the time to explain everything. The only area for improvement I noticed was the waiting time; I had to wait about 30 minutes past my appointment time. However, once I was in, I felt it was worth the wait. I left feeling great about my new prescription and will definitely return for my next eye exam!
