Had my first visit recently, and I was pleasantly surprised! The whole place felt welcoming, and the staff was super friendly. Dr. Smith was professional and really took the time to listen to my concerns. I appreciate how he didn’t rush through the appointment. The only thing I would suggest is perhaps adding some entertainment options in the waiting area, like magazines or a TV. It would help pass the time, especially if you have to wait. Overall, I had a great experience and am looking forward to my next visit. This might just become my go-to dental office!
