I had a fantastic experience with my orthopedic care! After months of dealing with knee pain, I finally decided to see a specialist, and I’m so glad I chose to visit Dr. Low. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming and professional. The staff greeted me with warm smiles and were incredibly helpful with the paperwork. During my consultation, Dr. Low took the time to listen to my concerns and explained my condition in a way that made it easy to understand. I appreciated his straightforward approach and the fact that he didn't rush me through the appointment. He suggested a treatment plan that included both physical therapy and some lifestyle changes, which I found very manageable. I also liked that he didn’t push for surgery unless absolutely necessary, which made me feel comfortable and respected as a patient. The follow-up appointments were just as great, and my pain has significantly reduced since starting treatment. I recently had knee surgery performed by Dr. Low, and I can’t express how grateful I am for his expertise. His thorough explanation of the procedure put me at ease, and the operation went smoothly. I was pleasantly surprised by the level of post-operative care I received from him and his team. They checked in frequently to ensure I was healing properly. The only slight downside was the parking situation, as it can get a bit crowded at times, but that’s a minor inconvenience compared to the quality care I received. Highly recommend him!

Dr. Low is a lifesaver! I went to see him for a nagging shoulder injury, and he was quick to diagnose the problem and outline a clear course of treatment. His bedside manner is excellent - very friendly and reassuring! I appreciated that he took his time to explain every detail of my injury and what to expect during recovery. The office staff was also very efficient, making scheduling appointments a breeze. Overall, I couldn't have asked for a better experience!

I had a good experience overall. Dr. Low was very knowledgeable and made me feel at ease about my treatment options. He was clear about what to expect, which I really appreciated. The only reason I’m not giving a full five stars is that the wait time was a little longer than I anticipated during my last visit. Other than that, I would definitely recommend him to anyone needing orthopedic help!
