I had a fantastic experience with my recent visit! The staff were incredibly welcoming and made me feel comfortable right away. Dr. Lepoudre was thorough and took the time to answer all my questions about my sinus issues. I appreciated how she explained everything in a way I could understand, which made me feel more at ease. The office was clean and well-organized, and I didn’t have to wait long for my appointment. I was impressed with the level of care I received. My only suggestion would be to improve the appointment scheduling process, as I had a bit of trouble getting through on the phone. Overall, a great experience and I highly recommend her!

I recently visited for some persistent throat issues, and I have to say, I was pleasantly surprised by the level of service I received. The office atmosphere was calm and inviting, which was a nice change from some of the more sterile places I've been to. Dr. Lepoudre took the time to listen to my concerns, and I appreciate how she didn't rush me through the appointment. She conducted a thorough exam and explained her findings in detail, which helped alleviate my worries. I left feeling much more informed about my health. The only downside was the wait time; I arrived on time but ended up waiting for about 30 minutes past my appointment slot. However, I could tell it was busy that day, so I can understand that things happen. Overall, I would definitely recommend this provider for anyone dealing with ENT issues. Great service, compassionate care, and I felt genuinely valued as a patient.
