As a parent, I really appreciate the professionalism and warmth of this orthodontic practice. I brought my daughter here after hearing wonderful things from friends, and I must say, the experience has exceeded our expectations. Dr. Koehler Zell is fantastic with kids! She made my daughter feel comfortable and excited about the treatment plan. The office is equipped with the latest technology, which is reassuring. I also love how they keep the kids engaged with fun decor and even some entertainment options in the waiting area. The only drawback was that our initial appointment was a bit delayed, but I understand that sometimes happens in busy practices. Despite that, the quality of care more than makes up for it, and we are thrilled with how things are progressing! I cannot recommend this orthodontist highly enough! After my initial consultation, I felt incredibly comfortable with the treatment plan proposed. Dr. Koehler Zell took the time to explain every step, showing me visual aids that made it easy to understand the process. Unlike some orthodontists I've encountered in the past, she truly listens to her patients. The office itself is bright and welcoming, which is a huge plus when you're dealing with braces or aligners. Her staff is friendly and efficient, making the check-in and check-out process seamless. I also appreciated the flexibility in scheduling appointments; they were very accommodating to my busy work life, which made it easy to keep my treatment on track. The only small issue I encountered was that sometimes there was a slight wait time, but honestly, it was worth it for the quality of care I received. My teeth are already looking amazing, and I can’t wait to see the final results! If you’re looking for a knowledgeable, caring orthodontist, look no further. She is simply the best in the business!

I had an excellent experience with this orthodontist. From the moment I walked in, the energy in the office was positive and welcoming. The staff was very friendly, and I felt at ease discussing my concerns. Dr. Koehler Zell was professional and thorough, explaining the entire procedure clearly. I loved that she took the time to answer all of my questions and didn’t rush through the appointment. The only thing that could be improved is perhaps having more options for late afternoon appointments, as my work schedule is pretty tight. However, overall, I'm very pleased with my progress and the care I’ve received so far!
