As someone who has had terrible experiences with dental procedures in the past, I was apprehensive about my visit. However, I was pleasantly surprised! Dr. Jeansonne is incredibly knowledgeable and his manner is calming. He explained the endodontic procedure in detail, which eased my anxiety significantly. The staff was welcoming, and the office had a reassuring atmosphere. I did have a bit of a wait before my appointment, which was a little frustrating, but once I was in the chair, it was all worth it. My pain has diminished significantly, and I feel much better about my dental health. I think they could benefit from better communication regarding wait times, but overall, a solid experience!

I visited recently for a root canal, and I have to say, it wasn’t nearly as scary as I thought it would be! Dr. Jeansonne took the time to explain every step of the process, which really helped my nerves. The staff was attentive and made sure I was comfortable throughout the procedure. The only drawback was that there was a slight delay before my appointment, which made me anxious, but once I got in, everything went smoothly. I appreciate their professionalism and care!
