After a couple of years of avoiding the dentist due to bad experiences, I finally decided to give this place a try after hearing so many good things from friends. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was warm and inviting. The receptionist greeted me with a smile and made the check-in process quick and easy. Dr. Michaelis has this remarkable way of making you feel at ease; he spent a significant amount of time discussing my dental history and any concerns I had before even picking up a tool. I had a deep cleaning and a small filling done, and he was gentle and attentive, frequently checking in to make sure I was comfortable. The dental hygienist was also fantastic—she was thorough yet gentle, which made a world of difference. I was pleasantly surprised at how pain-free the entire experience was. The only thing I wish was different is maybe a slightly longer appointment time for some procedures, just so there’s no rush. I recently visited my new dentist and I couldn't be happier with my experience! The office is incredibly welcoming and the staff were all so friendly. Dr. Michaelis took the time to explain each step of my cleaning, making sure I felt comfortable throughout. I especially appreciated how he answered all my questions without making me feel rushed. The technology in the office is impressive too! I felt like I was in good hands the entire time. The only small thing I would suggest is perhaps having a few more magazines in the waiting area, but honestly, that’s a minor detail. I’m looking forward to my next visit!
