My daughter has been coming here for her braces, and I must say, it has been a great experience! The office is bright and inviting, and the staff is always cheerful, making it fun for kids. I can't say enough good things about my experience here! As an adult seeking orthodontic treatment, I was quite nervous about the whole process. However, Dr. McCranels and his staff put my mind at ease from the first visit. They were incredibly knowledgeable and made sure I understood every step of my treatment plan. The office is wonderfully equipped with the latest technology, which I found reassuring. I had to come in several times for adjustments, and every time, I was treated like a VIP. The staff is warm and friendly, always ready to answer my questions—no matter how trivial they might seem. I especially loved the flexible hours, which made scheduling appointments much easier with my busy work life. At one point, I did experience a minor delay during a visit, which I think could be improved by better time management. But honestly, the quality of care I received far outweighed any minor inconvenience. If you’re looking for an orthodontist, I wholeheartedly recommend this practice!

Great experience overall! I had my braces done here, and I’m super happy with the results. The staff is friendly and very knowledgeable. I always felt comfortable during my visits. The only downside was that I had to wait a little longer than expected on a couple of occasions. That said, it was worth it for the quality of care I received. Highly recommend this place!
