I was a bit anxious about getting a crown, but he explained every step involved, which really helped ease my worries. The procedure itself was performed smoothly, and I felt minimal discomfort throughout. I also liked that they have modern technology, making the appointment quicker and more efficient than previous experiences I've had. The only thing I would suggest is maybe offering a few more appointment slots on Saturdays, as I know many people who work during the week would appreciate it. The only minor suggestion I have is to perhaps reduce the wait time a bit; I had to wait about 20 minutes past my appointment time, but the quality of care once I was in the chair made it worth it.
