I recently visited this practice for my first pregnancy check-up, and I couldn't be happier with my experience! From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming and attentive. The office was clean, and the atmosphere felt calming, which is so important during this exciting (but sometimes nerve-wracking) time. Dr. Cruz-Pachano took the time to answer all my questions thoroughly, and I appreciated how he explained everything clearly, making sure I felt comfortable. His bedside manner is fantastic; he’s genuinely caring and supportive. I also appreciated that he discussed my birth plan with me, showing real interest in my preferences. The only thing I would suggest is a little more variety in the waiting room magazines—there were a lot of parenting magazines, which is great, but it would be nice to have a mix! Overall, I highly recommend his practice to anyone looking for a compassionate and knowledgeable obstetrician.

I’ve been seeing this doctor for my gynecological needs for over a year now, and I am generally pleased with the care I receive. Dr. Cruz-Pachano is thorough and knowledgeable, which gives me confidence in my healthcare. The consultations have always been informative, and I feel like my health is a priority for him. One thing I really value is how he respects my time; I’ve never had to wait long for my appointments. The office is conveniently located, with easy access from major roads. That said, I have noticed that the front desk can be a bit overwhelmed during peak hours, leading to longer wait times for scheduling appointments or checking in. While it’s a minor inconvenience, I do think they could benefit from additional staff during busy times. Still, I would recommend him to anyone looking for a caring and professional obstetrician-gynecologist. I feel well taken care of here!

The staff was friendly, and the appointment was on time, which I really appreciated. The only downside was the limited parking available—if you can, try to arrive a bit early to find a spot.
