I recently started seeing Dr. Khtabi for my family health needs, and I couldn't be happier. The office environment is so inviting, and you can tell the staff really cares about their patients. Dr. Khtabi is prompt, professional, and genuinely attentive. I appreciated how she explained everything in layman's terms, ensuring I fully understood my health situation. The only minor hiccup was a slight delay in getting my appointment scheduled; I had to call a couple of times. But once I was in, the experience was fantastic, making it all worth it! I’m looking forward to my next visit and continuing to build a relationship with her!

I cannot express how grateful I am to have found my family doctor! The care I received from Dr. Hakima Khtabi Bouhouch was nothing short of exceptional. During my first visit, I was pleasantly surprised by how welcoming the office was; the staff greeted me with warm smiles, which instantly put me at ease. Dr. Khtabi took the time to listen to my concerns; unlike other places where you feel rushed, she made sure to thoroughly explain every step of the process. As someone who has experienced health issues in the past, I appreciate a doctor who truly listens and engages with me. The office is clean and well-organized, and I never had to wait long for my appointment. However, the only downside I would point out is that the parking can be a bit tricky during peak hours. But honestly, the quality of care I received far outweighs that inconvenience. I left the office feeling informed and confident about my treatment plan. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a compassionate and knowledgeable family physician! You will not regret it!

I recently had my first visit with Dr. Khtabi, and it was a pleasant experience overall! She was very thorough during my examination and took the time to listen to all my concerns. I felt like she genuinely cared about my health and well-being. The office was nice and clean, which is always a plus in my book! The only downside was the wait time; I had to wait about 20 minutes past my appointment time, which was a bit frustrating. However, once I was in, all of that was quickly forgotten due to the quality of care I received. I would definitely recommend her to others in search of a family doctor!

I had an excellent experience with Dr. Khtabi! From the moment I walked into the office, I felt welcomed. The staff was friendly and attentive, which is so important in a medical setting. Dr. Khtabi herself is wonderful; she took the time to understand my health concerns and was very thorough in her examination. I appreciated how she explained everything in detail, making sure I understood my options. The office is clean and well-maintained, which adds to the overall positive experience. One thing I would suggest is possibly having more appointment slots available, as I had to wait a bit longer than I would have liked for my follow-up. However, considering the quality of care, I’d say it’s worth it! If you're in need of a family physician, I highly recommend her.
